Sessions with me are primarily self-directed and are short-term oriented. I aim to collaborate with you and tailor the work to your needs.
I am eclectic in style and incorporate
informed psychodynamic talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy,
as well as other schools of thought and interventions I am informed in.
